In my personal computer, chrome browser showing "browser is managed by your organisation". I've tried deleting things on my task manager and deleting chrome policies, deleting profiles, nothing seems to work. I want to get rid of it.

First check the Chrome browser is managed or not:

Open Chrome browser.
At the top right, select More.
Check the bottom of the menu.
If you see Managed by your organization, your browser is managed. If you don’t, your browser isn’t managed.

If the computer is a part of your organization, a school, or a company, the Chrome Browser might be managed by the administrator. In some case, if system policies are controlling Chrome browser settings, Chrome browser says, 'your browser is managed'. Sometimes some extensions may be the reason behind it. Type chrome://management/ in Chrome browser address bar. If the browser is not managed. 'This browser is not managed by a company or other organization.' will be displayed.

Type chrome://extensions/ in Chrome browser address bar to check the installed extensions. Suppose if you installed Lastpass (we noticed it in our computer) and enabled the Lastpass extension there is a chance to see 'your browser is managed'. By disabling or removing the extension alone won't stop the problem. You need to uninstall the application from the computer to solve the issue. So, check the installed extensions.
